A compliant, stable workforce on your sites

Why workforce compliance, document control and leave planning matter to clients of field service contracts in Saudi Arabia, and how BM keeps teams on site.

Clients usually assess a contractor on technical capability and price. The stability of the contractor’s workforce receives less attention, yet it affects every site visit. A technician whose documents have expired cannot enter a client facility, and a team that is short-staffed during peak season cannot meet preventive maintenance schedules. For the client, these are not HR problems. They are missed visits and longer outages.

Documents valid before they are needed

BM manages records for a workforce of 415 professionals, including 45 engineers and 230 technicians, in one central system. Document expiry dates are tracked and renewals are planned well before they fall due. For you, this means the technicians assigned to your sites hold valid documents and can be granted site access without delay.

Coverage planned around your peak periods

Leave is planned against field coverage for each project and region. The summer months, when generator and HVAC workloads are at their highest, are planned with full teams in mind, so your preventive maintenance schedule does not slip because too many people are away at once.

Experience that stays on your contract

A stable team learns your sites, your equipment and your procedures. Accurate and timely payroll, fair treatment and clear records help us retain experienced technicians, which in turn reduces the time new staff need to become effective on your network.

Saudization and national capability

BM maintains a 25% Saudi workforce and a Nitaqat Green category. Developing Saudi technical talent supports our clients’ own localisation commitments and Vision 2030, and it strengthens the long-term capability available to maintain the Kingdom’s infrastructure.
